Who is Designs by Fatima? It’s me! I’ve been sewing for 40 years, however I took a break to raise my children and establish a career in five star hospitality. In the spring of 2020 my children gifted me a sewing machine for Mother’s Day. I intended to make mask. Instead I made quilts for my grandchildren and god children, posted them on Instagram and Designs by Fatima was born! Sewing quilts awakened the designer in me and I started to include clothing.
Designs by Fatima is a process.
The Farbics are selected by My Hand for the excellent quality, textures and patterns. The Designs are then patterned by me, cut and sewn with precision and care.
